  • CMS & E.D. Holders Can Not Use Dr. Suffix As Per Medical Act. They Will Work As Primary Healthcare Service Provider Only. Only Person Holding Valid Doctor’s Degree not Less Than 5 Years Can Use Dr. Suffix And Can Open Their Own Clinic.

सीएमएस एवं ई.डी. धारक  चिकित्सा अधिनियम के अनुसार डॉ. प्रत्यय का उपयोग नहीं कर सकते। वे केवल प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रदाता के रूप में कार्य करेंगे। केवल 5 वर्ष अवधि की वैध डॉक्टर डिग्री रखने वाला व्यक्ति ही डॉ. प्रत्यय का उपयोग कर सकता है और अपना स्वयं का क्लिनिक खोल सकता है।

  • CMS & E.D. Holders Can Not prescribe Medicines For Treatment Purpose,As Per Indian Medicine Act. They Will Only Work As Primary Healthcare Service Provider To Provide Emergency First Aid Medical Service and Will Refer Patients To Registered Practiconer/Hospital For Further Treatment. Only Person Holding Valid Doctor’s Degree not Less Than 5 Years Can Prescribe Medicines For Treatment Purpose.

सीएमएस एवं ई.डी. धारक भारतीय चिकित्सा अधिनियम के अनुसार उपचार के उद्देश्य से दवाएँ नहीं लिख सकते हैं। वे केवल आपातकालीन प्राथमिक चिकित्सा चिकित्सा सेवा प्रदान करने के लिए प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रदाता के रूप में काम करेंगे और मरीजों को आगे के उपचार के लिए पंजीकृत चिकित्सक/अस्पताल में रेफर करेंगे। केवल 5 वर्ष की अवधि वाली वैध डॉक्टर डिग्री रखने वाला व्यक्ति ही उपचार के लिए दवाएँ लिख सकता है।
